Download the USR5637Voice64bit.EXE file to a temporary location on your computer's hard drive. Double-click the file in Windows Explorer and follow the on-screen instructions. Insert your modem to complete the installation.

Mac OS X: Mac 10.4-10.12^§ Modem Script
Download the file to a temporary location on your computer's hard drive. If the file does not automatically open, locate the file in Finder and launch it. Launch the package file and follow the on-screen instructions in order to complete the installation. Note: Note: If a warning appears, follow these additonal instructions. Press the Control key and click the Modem Script icon. Choose Open from the pop-up menu. Click Open to install.

Copy this file onto a blank 3.5-inch disk. In Control Panel, double-click Modems and remove all Sportster modems. Restart your computer. When prompted, select 'Change' or 'Have Disk' and direct the installation to the 3.5-inch disk drive. Select the appropriate model and then follow the prompts to finish the installation.
